Mental Health and Emergency Relief Services
Mental Health Services: La Familia Sana subcontracts removes barriers of access and finances for un/underinsured community members of Cloverdale and Geyserville to receive mental health services. Emergency Community Relief: La Familia Sana grants direct emergency relief funds to individuals and families who are experiencing risk for homelessness, loss of utilities and/or hunger. COVID-19 outreach & education: La Familia Sana coordinates vaccination and testing events that reflects the cultural diversity of Northern Sonoma County.
