    Mental Health Services: La Familia Sana subcontracts removes barriers of access and finances for un/underinsured community members of Cloverdale and Geyserville to receive mental health services. Emergency Community Relief: La Familia Sana grants direct emergency relief funds to individuals and families who are experiencing risk for homelessness, loss of utilities and/or hunger. COVID-19 outreach & education: La Familia Sana coordinates vaccination and testing events that reflects the cultural diversity of Northern Sonoma County. La Familia Sana provides ongoing education and outreach to English and Spanish speaking community members with the goal to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 in our community.
