  • FemInno Elevating Armenian Girls in STEM Program

    In 2024 Thrive Armenia Foundation deepened its impact through education skills development and community advancement across Armenia With a 100000 grant from the Henry Luce Foundation we launched the FemInno Elevating Armenian Girls in STEM program in collaboration with FemInno an Armenia-based nonprofit The initiative supported mid-to-high school girls through STEM Acceleration Awards rural scholarships and the creation of a global Armenian Women in STEM network Additionally we provided grants and direct aid to displaced individuals offered financial literacy and entrepreneurship training and partnered with local schools and community leaders to expand access to opportunity These efforts empowered young women enhanced digital skills and strengthened local capacity particularly in rural and underserved regions
