OUR INTERNSHIP PROGRAM PROVIDES AN ENTRY POINT TO THE PROFESSION FOR THE BLANK AND LATINX INDIVIDUALS. IT ALSO PROVIDES A TALENT PIPELINE TO FINANCIAL PLANNING FIRMS WHO WANT MORE DIVERSE TEAM MEMBERS.
