THE INCLUSIVE LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE IS A THREE-DAY PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT TRAINING FOR WORKING PROFESSIONALS INTERESTED IN ADVANCING THEIR ORGANIZATION'S DIVERSITY, EQUITY, AND INCLUSION INITIATIVES AND OF BECOMING INFORMED LEADERS TO PROMOTE POSITIVE CHANGE IN THEIR COMMUNITIES. THROUGH FACILITATED DISCUSSIONS, INTERACTIVE ACTIVITIES, AND KEYNOTE PRESENTATIONS, PARTICIPANTS DEVELOP KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS NEEDED TO CREATE AND IMPLEMENT POLICIES AND PRACTICES THAT IMPROVE HUMAN RELATIONS.
