    Program Service 1: Roller Derby Training & Athletic Development Description: Provided regular roller derby practices and athletic training to participants of all skill levels. Sessions focused on skating techniques, strategy, physical conditioning, and teamwork. Open to adult community members regardless of experience. Number of persons benefited: 45 active skaters Other relevant info: Held 3 practices per week throughout the year, totaling over 150 sessions. All coaching was volunteer-based. Provided loaner gear to new skaters to reduce barriers to entry.
