The reasons for not being able to implement the project in the remaining countries are due to the security conditions in both Syria and Yemen, or to the weak representation of the Forum in Iraq,2-FORD foundation Funded project, which aims at achieving a paradigmatic shift towards ensuring the Right of Persons with Disabilities for Inclusive Social Protection policies and emergency response programs to be adopted by Arab governments, private sector, civil society stakeholders, and relevant international organizations operating in the region:
