THE SPECIFIC PURPOSE OF THIS CORPORATION IS TO ESTABLISH AND DEVELOP AN ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE THAT ENABLES TO PROVIDE EMOTIONAL, ECONOMIC AND EDUCATIONAL SUPPORT, MEDICAL TREATMENT AND TRAINING FOR THE BLIND, REGARDLESS OF AGE, RELIGION, RACE, ETHINICITY, OR GENDER TO IMPROVE THEIR QUALITY OF LIFE.
