(a)To serve charitable and educational purposes by making periodic distributions, based on need, to Weaver Group, Inc.s (WG) and its affiliates past, current and future employees, their families and members of the Sugarcreek, Ohio community who experience emergency hardships caused by disaster, illness, death, accident, crime or other similar casualties, which calls for immediate action following a sudden and unexpected happening, the occurrence of which was wholly unforeseen by the applicant and that are unlikely to be satisfied by the applicant from his or her own resources.
