The IDDeal Place Community supports the development of affordable housing for adults with mild to moderate intellectual developmental disabilities in an enriched state-of-the-art housing community. To date they have secured a long-term lease from the Pulte Family Charitable Foundation on 3.27 acres of land in Lake Worth Palm Beach County. The construction of Residential Building #1 with 18 beds Residential Building #2 with six beds a Directors House and outdoor spaces will be completed by April 2026. This program supports the "Live" pillar of its Supported Organization The IDDeal Foundation.
