We support projects and programs in Hawaii with a focus on: Chinese arts culture history and language; Education; Democratic values including civic engagement media literacy and diversity; and Conservation and biodiversity The Foundation may make grants in other areas of interest at the discretion of the Board of Directors. Applicants must be classified under section 501c3 of the Internal Revenue Code or must apply through a fiscal sponsor with 501c3 status. Grants will not be made to individuals. Most grants will be in the $1,000 to $5,000 range.
