(SEE SCHEDULE O)MOVEMENT IS LIFE IS A NONPROFIT PHILANTHROPIC AND MULTI-DISCIPLINARY COALITION THAT SEEKS TO ELIMINATE RACIAL, ETHNIC AND GENDER DISPARITIES IN JOINT HEALTH BY HELPING TO ADDRESS BARRIERS TO EQUITABLE CARE AND PROMOTING PHYSICAL MOBILITY. THROUGH A NEW PARTNERSHIP STRATEGY, THE ORGANIZATION WILL DEVELOP POWERFUL ALIGNMENTS WITH A WIDE RANGEOF STAKEHOLDERS TO REDUCE HEALTH DISPARITIES.
