    Community Services of Nevada offers counseling services for low to moderate income first time homebuyers, homeowners who are having difficulties managing their mortgages, and those who are in default on their mortgages.Homebuyer education classes and workshops that were held during 2020 serviced people, and those clients were able to avoid foreclosure and to purchase their first home. Others were helped for credit repair so they could become eligible for a mortgage.
