The organization successfully facilitated advanced workforce training and economic development through a technical partnership with Kansas State University engineering students. During the tax year, the program provided intensive hands-on experience in computer-aided design (CAD) modeling and the creation of complex Technical Data Packages (TDPs). Students worked under professional oversight to fulfill technical requirements for the U.S. Army and Honeywell. These projects provided students with real-world exposure to defense and industrial standards, directly preparing them for careers in engineering and advanced manufacturing by bridging the gap between academic theory and industry application. The Army contract did not begin until Q4 of 2025, but the program supported 4 students for a total of 220 hours during that time.GeographiesNot indicatedDatesJan 1, 2025 – Dec 31, 2025Source990No causes providedNo populations provided–$50.8K
