    Web3 Educator Certification Program : Built a four courses that credentialed teachers in different web3 concepts including blockchain, metaverse, and decentralized finance. This has become the foundation for organization's business model at Ed3 DAO. This project required us to contract with course builders and administrators to create and faciltiate the coursework.

  • Ed3 Conference 2022

    Ed3 Conference 2022 : Hosted the world's first web3 & education conference in a metaverse space. Hosted 600 educators from around the world and hosted activities like masterminds learning labs, networking, and edtalks. This conference required us to contract with k20 Educators to build a custom metaverse space and contract with administrative staff to help plan for and run the conference.

  • Ed3 DAO Community Operations

    Ed3 DAO daily operations and community : We've built a community of 1500 educators who learn and teach each other about web3. In order to do this, we first built an NFT membership model and contracted with designers, programmers, and adminsitrators. Then we built a community on Discord that is regularly managed by contractors. We operate the non-profit through contractors as well.
