THROUGH COMMUNITY ORGANIZING, RESEARCH AND CIVIC EDUCATION WE ADVOCATE FOR EVIDENCE-BASED POLICIES THAT RECOGNIZE THE HARM INFLICTED ON MARGINALIZED COMMUNITIES BY OUTDATED CRIMINAL POLICIES.
