The specific purpose of this corporation is to carry out the purposes of Climate Resolve, including promoting and supporting zero emissions transportation initiatives and other efforts to mitigate and adapt to changes in weather and climate, as well as to carry on other charitable activities associated with this purpose as allowed by law.
