Purrs and Whiskers primary function is to find forever homes for cats and kittens that are abandoned, stray, owner turn in, injured/sick, and/or born in feral colonies after we have fully vetted them by spaying/neutering, vaccinating, felv/fiv/hw testing, deworming and flea treating. Potential adopters are thoroughly screened by our application process, references and a home visit to insure that this adoption will be forever.
