We combine a relationship-focused approach with the strategic investment mindset of venture capital. We find and support high-potential, early-stage nonprofits/leaders who create meaningful change within historically marginalized communities in Charlotte. Our three-year partnerships are focused on building business capability for long-term sustainability and amplified ingenuity. Our approach is holistic, going all-in with our partners, combining business expertise, social capital and unrestricted funding. We also offer one-time grants, which are our votes of confidence, in early stage organizations that show ingenuity and promise for meaningful human impact.
