The Mosaic Center provides assistance to women of Angelina County through education, job and life skills training, parenting classes and mentoring. The goal is economic self-sufficiency and poverty alleviation. The Mosaic Center achieves this purpose through a 12-week core program, GED classes, certified nurse aide classes, ESL classes, parenting classes, adult basic education, and mentoring with an active volunteer group.
