    Grace Community is a small organization with a success rate of 97% of our clients of homeless women with children who suffer from mental illness and other illnesses. These women often fall through the cracks of our society and become high-risk and hard to manage. They often can not live in other facilities due to not having the ability to follow the norm of conventional rules. We aim to help these women succeed through love, education, and spiritual guidance in order to lead them off the streets and into permanent housing. We follow up with these women (families) for up to six months. This is to ensure that these women, who are ofter chronic relapsers have a support system.

  • Safe Environment for Homeless Families

    We are finding that there are more homeless families with cooccurring disorders and physicals problems, kidney and cancer on the streets and the need we continue try to maintain a safe environment providing services to keep them off the streets until permanent housing is available.
