Programs
Program 1 [2018]
Housing: Jubilee provided housing for 58 women experiencing poverty in FY2017-18. All residents are at the poverty level of income when they come in to live at Jubilee. They pay 30% of their monthly income in rent, with a $50 minimum, which helps them establish rental history. We serve adult women without children in their immediate care. Forty-three percent have a history of domestic violence. Twenty-nine have mental health challenges, most commonly depression, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress disorder (given what they have been through, this is not surprising). Seventeen percent suffer from physical disabilities. At Jubilee, we have seen women become homeless because of an illness, such as cancer or serious injury. About a third have histories of addiction. This past year, of the women leaving Jubilee housing, 84% transitioned to independent housing.GeographiesNot indicatedDatesJul 1, 2017 – Jun 30, 2018Source990No causes providedNo populations provided–$543.6KProgram 2 [2018]

Case Management: One-on-one case management is a key component to helping residents map a pathway to their future. Upon entering Jubilee's housing each new resident takes a self-assessment to determine the areas of her life that may benefit from support and education while at Jubilee. These life areas include: Basic Needs/Safety, Physical Health, Trauma/Depression/Mental Health, Communications, Legal Issues, Benefits, Education, Employment, Financial Health, Independent Housing, Personal Safety Nets and Spiritual Health. Her case manager assists her in setting goals, offering support, coaching, advocacy, referrals and guidance. All residents of Jubilee work with a case manager with a minimum of weekly 1 hour meetings.GeographiesNot indicatedDatesJul 1, 2017 – Jun 30, 2018Source990No causes providedNo populations provided–$312.8K
