DjangoFest NW: Annual international education and music festival. One of only 2 full festivals to happen in the world in 2021 due to COVID Pandemic shutdowns. TourWest/WESTAF World Music Series: Continued the oldest arts in education program in the South Whidbey school district with artist residencies and master classes.
