    See Schedule OPRIDE Industries and PRIDE Industries One, Inc. maintain the maximum 3 year CARF accreditation. Our programs for people with disabilities are designed to build skills leading to personal and professional growth as well as increased independence. Individual plans are designed around each person's personal strengths, abilities and goals. As of June 30, 2018, PRIDE Industries and PRIDE Industries One, Inc. employed and/or provided services to over 3,200 individuals with diverse intellectual, developmental, physical, sensory, or mental health disabilities. Our core programs are employment focused centering around 1) Vocational Training, 2) Supported Community Employment and 3) Individual Preparation and Placement in community employment. Employing a model of social enterprise, PRIDE creates jobs in its own businesses and in partnership with others. Nearly 1,200 individuals with disabilities were employed on hundreds of commercial contracts. More than 626 worked with community employers in individual or group supported employment. 98 individuals were enrolled in an accredited advance skills and technical training program.More than 1,300 individuals with significant disabilities were employed on Federal contract opportunities across the country providing a wide range of facilities services.More than 80 at-risk youth and teens emancipating from foster care who face obstacles to employment were served through the Youth Services Program providing marketable work experience, employment skills training, educational connections, and individualized support to help them secure stable employment and build self-sufficient lives.

We are the nation's leading employer of people with disabilities and share our expertise with other entities seeking to create an inclusive workforce. Our customized employment services include vocational training, on-the-job support, scholarships, and paid internships. In addition to helping people with disabilities, we also assist veterans, former foster youth, and trafficking survivors.Our programs for people with disabilities are designed to build skills that lead to personal and professional growth as well as increased independence. Of these, there were over 700 who worked with community employers in individual or group supported employment. More than 1,000 individuals with significant disabilities were employed on federal contract opportunities across the country providing a wide range of facilities services.34 at-risk youth and teens emancipating from foster care - members of a demographic which faces considerable obstacles to employment - were served through the Youth Services Program. The program provided marketable work experience, employment skills training, educational connections, and individualized support to help them secure stable employment and build self-sufficient lives.Through community employment programs, PRIDE partners with businesses to build a reliable workforce that adds value to the community and creates meaningful jobs for people with disabilities. PRIDE's services enable people with disabilities to overcome employment barriers and develop the skills they need to lead more independent lives. Donated funds provide assistive technologies, transportation, internships, training, job coaches, and other essential job accommodations.

In addition to supporting people with disabilities, we also assist veterans, former foster youth, and trafficking survivors.Our programs for people with disabilities are designed to enhance personal and professional growth as well as increased independence. Each participant's plan is customized to their strengths, abilities, and goals. For the year ending June 30, 2024, PRIDE Industries One, Inc., in connection with PRIDE Industries, provided employment and services to more than 4,600 individuals with diverse intellectual, developmental, physical, sensory, or mental health disabilities. As a nonprofit social enterprise, we create jobs within our own business operation and through partnerships with other employers. Nearly 300 individuals with disabilities were employed on commercial contracts with PRIDE Industries One, Inc. In 2024, the Manufacturing and Logistics Service operations earned AS9100D certification, a quality management system standard, that enables us to serve military and aerospace industry partners.Additionally, our fleet of buses provides essential transportation for people who are unable to drive to work, training, and other vital services. In the year ending June 30, 2024, we provided over 104,000 individual rides to help people with disabilities access work, training and critical services.
