See Schedule OPRIDE Industries and PRIDE Industries One, Inc. maintain the maximum 3 year CARF accreditation. Our programs for people with disabilities are designed to build skills leading to personal and professional growth as well as increased independence. Individual plans are designed around each person's personal strengths, abilities and goals. As of June 30, 2018, PRIDE Industries and PRIDE Industries One, Inc. employed and/or provided services to over 3,200 individuals with diverse intellectual, developmental, physical, sensory, or mental health disabilities. Our core programs are employment focused centering around 1) Vocational Training, 2) Supported Community Employment and 3) Individual Preparation and Placement in community employment. Employing a model of social enterprise, PRIDE creates jobs in its own businesses and in partnership with others. Nearly 1,200 individuals with disabilities were employed on hundreds of commercial contracts. A nonprofit social enterprise, our company provides facilities operations and maintenance services, custodial services, contract manufacturing, supply chain management, and packaging and fulfillment services to private and public organizations nationwide. We are the nation's leading employer of people with disabilities and share our expertise with other entities seeking to create an inclusive workforce. Our customized employment services include vocational training, on-the-job support, scholarships, and paid internships. For the year ending June 30, 2024, PRIDE Industries One, Inc., in connection with PRIDE Industries, provided employment and services to more than 4,600 individuals with diverse intellectual, developmental, physical, sensory, or mental health disabilities. As a nonprofit social enterprise, we create jobs within our own business operation and through partnerships with other employers. Nearly 300 individuals with disabilities were employed on commercial contracts with PRIDE Industries One, Inc. In 2024, the Manufacturing and Logistics Service operations earned AS9100D certification, a quality management system standard, that enables us to serve military and aerospace industry partners.Additionally, our fleet of buses provides essential transportation for people who are unable to drive to work, training, and other vital services.
