    During 2020, 12 men participated in the program. 8 men successfully completed the six-month program. Maximum daily capacity of the facility is 24. The men must stay sober, crime-free and be employed during each of their six-month programs. The expansion of the program was delayed due to the change in location from Palolo to Waipahu and the COVID crisis which delayed the release of parolees from the prison system.
