Orcas Island Foundation began to recover from COVID related challenges throughout 2023, with in person programs and work parties. A COVID policy was in place and options for dining outside were available. In 2023, OIF provided 2650 guest days (accommodation and emails) during 15 programs. There were 7 work parties and a total of 553 volunteer days.
