The Southeast Alaska Food Bank provides food for 33 Agency non-profit members and the general public. We provide donated food both perishable and non-perishable to each of these agencies food is available 4 days a week. Agencies are charged $0.18 per pound with exception of milk, fish sticks, and can of cannoli beans which are provided at no charge. Agencies select food they need from our shelves, refrigerators, and freezers. In the fiscal year ended June 30, 2023 we provided about 600,000 pounds of food.
