The goal of St Marys South Side Catholic High School is to provide a quality secondary education to those families who cannot afford it. St. Marys is the first and only high school in Missouri to have a pre-apprenticeship of the trades as part of the curriculum. In 2025, St Marys had a 100% graduation rate. Of the 46 graduates, approximately 53% went on to attend a 4 year college or university, 17% to a 2 year college or trade school, 2% to the military, 26% to an apprenticeship / work force, and 2% was undecided.
