A REQUEST APPLICATION FOR ASSISTANCE SHOWING EXPENSES INCURRED IS COMPLETED AND SUBMITTED TO THE GULF HARBOUR MANAGEMENT OFFICE, WHICH IS THEN FORWARDED ON TO THE FOUNDATION. THE FOUNDATION REVIEWS EACH LETTER AND PROVIDES FUNDS TO APPLICANTS.
