The organization shall engage solely and exclusively in activities that include, but are not limited to, fundraising and fund development, the creation, investment and maintenance of endowment funds, the prudent investment of the corporations charitable revenues, and the making of payments to or for the use of, or providing services or facilities for, or restoring or upgrading such facilities of, William Jessup University, Inc.
