    The Hoops Collaborative Development Program Inc. has empowered over 500 BIPOC youth in Greater Boston through: Basketball & Skill Development: Hosted multiple clinics, with 85% of participants improving both athletic abilities and academic engagement. Mental & Physical Wellness: Partnered with local organizations to provide trauma-informed coaching, with 70% of youth reporting increased confidence and stress management skills. Life Skills & Leadership: Launched a mentorship program connecting teens with professionals, resulting in 30+ youth with potential internships and college prep opportunities. Community Advocacy: Collaborated with schools and justice reform groups to bridge gaps, ensuring youth voices are heard in policy discussions affecting their futures. By combining sports, education, and systemic support, were breaking barriers to create pathways for joy, resilience, and upward mobility.
