The organization's employee assistance fund will support Blank Family of Businesses employees who have endured a qualified disaster or personal hardship by helping them pay for basic living expenses, such as shelter, food, clothing, and/or funeral expenses. In addition, the fund will also provide matching grants to similarly support employees of key business partners provided such grant application and requests meets all the requirements of the fund program.
