Annual Fundraiser Event
Our largest event is our fall fundraiser. We do one big fundraiser a year to fund all of our free events, operating expenses, insurance, appreciation events, assemblies, and PTO sponsored field trips throughout the school year. This event impacts the entire student body and staff as it funds every project throughout the year. The fundraiser we ran last year was a goods based fundraiser and we kept 40% of the profits.GeographiesNot indicatedDatesJul 1, 2024 – Jun 30, 2025Source990No causes providedNo populations provided–$13.4KFamily Dance Events
Girls Gala and Boys Bash are our free family dances. We invite the entire student body to bring an adult with them to dance, play games, win prizes, and take a professional photo. We have local companies sponsor raffle prizes for the students to win throughout the night. All of this is free of charge. The most recent events hosted roughly 500 students along with adults over two nights. It is a great bonding experience for students and their chosen adult- mostly parents, but we have quite a few older siblings, grandparents, and guardians attend.GeographiesNot indicatedDatesJul 1, 2024 – Jun 30, 2025Source990No causes providedNo populations provided–$3.9KHoliday Crafts Program
We supply Holiday Crafts Cash to each teacher in our building to create a project or take home gift. We currently fund $4 per student and write checks to the teachers directly so they are able to plan something that works best for their class/grade level. Last year the majority made ornaments for family members. We have a few classes that stretch this budget to cover mothers day and fathers day gifts as well. This program benefits every student in the school, so roughly 565 transitional kindergarten through 5th grade students.GeographiesNot indicatedDatesJul 1, 2024 – Jun 30, 2025Source990No causes providedNo populations provided–$2.2K
