  • Program 1 [2025]

    During 2025 AOE International expanded workforce and community support programs across Illinois including Champaign Peoria Danville and Kankakee. The organization provided employment readiness services such as resume assistance career coaching mentorship and interview preparation to improve job access and long-term economic mobility for underserved individuals. The organization also addressed basic needs through food and essential assistance programs providing meal support groceries hygiene items and household necessities to stabilize individuals and families facing economic hardship. Transportation assistance was provided to help participants access employment healthcare and other critical services. Additionally AOE International delivered youth mentorship and leadership development programming as well as reentry and crisis transition support for individuals facing homelessness unemployment or reintegration after incarceration.
