Although we filed our Articles of Incorporation with the SCSOS on April 4, 2023, we did not have any revenue or expenses from that date through June 30, 2023, which is the end of our fiscal year. We did not begin operating as a charitable foundation until we received approval under section 501(c)(3) on November 30, 2023.
