In its first 3 years, WMRJ has engaged more than 300 white men in more than 400 hours of facilitated programming over 250 curated learning sessions and peer support circles, supported by more than 300 hours of prep work, in-person local gatherings, and immersive experiences in places like Richmond, Montgomery, and Pine Ridge. In addition, WMRJ has partnered with companies and networks to engage more than 100 of their white men in support of their racial and economic justice priorities.
