  • Peer-to-Peer Language Learning Program

    In 2023, our organization did not receive any revenue, so our reported revenue will be zero. Our core mission is to facilitate peer-to-peer education for children around the world. Our first program focuses on peer-to-peer language learning. We operated for four months, from July to September, primarily building the infrastructure for full operation in 2024. We refined our values, mission, and goals to guide us in our operations. We also developed our website, which is now live at gladacademy.org. We recruited our first group of volunteers and provided training for the young teachers. We ran some test classes and ensured that class procedures are in place. We developed our community guidelines and tested our IT environment, which worked well for different class sizes. We also created some standard course materials. We have full confidence that we will successfully run a non-profit program that will benefit hundreds of students and young tutors around the world.
