Each scholarship candidate is required to submit:1. A completed application.2. Be a full time student3. Maintain a 2.0 GPA, unless waived by board of directors.4. Pursue a health-related curriculum.5. Be accepted or tentatively accepted into their program of study and will be required to provided documentation of PCMHC of program admission.
