Construction and sale of homes for low income families. Loans are financed for the cost of construction plus the value of the land. No interest is charged. The home owner participates in the construction of the home as part of the contract. During the year ended June 30, 2023, one home was completed and sold, plus two others were under construction. Used and surplus building materials are received as donations and sold through a retail outlet; proceeds are used for the construction of homes for low income families.
