Northern Cass Community Health and Wellness Center
The Northern Cass Community Health and Wellness Center (NCCHWC) was formed in 2024 to serve the communities of Argusville, Arthur, Erie, Gardner, Grandin and Hunter, which make up the Northern Cass School District. The organization continued fundraising to build the health and wellness center on the campus of the Northern Cass School District. Once operational, the health center will be open to the community to provide access to medical services, dental services, mental health services, childcare, a food pantry and indoor fitness and recreation for all ages that fills a need in those communities who currently lack services. NCCHWC is working with six partner agencies to deliver services. Volunteers from the six communities that make up the service area have been working to fundraise for the capital campaign. In 2024, we received donations from community members and local businesses who agree with the vision of building a health and wellness center that will focus on the long-term health and well-being of our rural communities.
