Support of Local Cancer and Youth Programs: The Foundation awarded a $7,724 grant to the Cancer Care Fund of the Good Samaritan Hospital Foundation to benefit cancer patients and a $5,000 grant to the local Boys & Girls Club's Dr. Ken & Dot Johnson Center for Youth Excellence. Emergency Assistance Grants: 11 individuals received emergency assistance grants ranging from $400 to $1,439 each to help them through financial hardships.
