School Philosophy and Mission: To provide an open, warm and welcoming first step from the home environment to school where children learn to trust adults and are free to express their feelings and their needs. To strive for excellence in preschool education. To provide experienced faculty as classroom teachers. To teach children to approach new situations with a positive, enthusiastic and open mind. To teach children to be independent, self-reliant free thinkers. To provide a stimulating environment where each child's potentialities and abilities are recognized and helped to unfold in accordance with their inner clock. To provide a structured environment where there is a balance between academic instruction, social interacatlon, and artistic expression, where a child's self confidence is supported and developed by providing a range of developmental experiences. To foster respect and responsibility, to help the child internalize structure and develop inner discipline. TO INTRODUCE THE YOUNGEST CHILDREN TO A MORE STRUCTURED ENVIRONMENT AT SCHOOL AND TO NURTURE THEIR CURIOSITY THROUGH ART, MUSIC AND SCIENCE. WE THEN BUILD ON THE THEMES PRESENTED IN THESE FIRST CLASSES TO FOSTER POSITIVE SOCIAL INTERACTIONS, TEACH FOUNDATIONAL PRINCIPLES, DEVELOP FINE AND GROSS MOTOR SKILLS, AND ENCOURAGE COLLABORATIVE PLAY BY INCORPORATING VARIOUS SPECIALTY SUBJECTS.
