    Program expenses in 2018 included creating and supporting the following activities for Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, Venturers, and Sea Scouts: Order of the Arrow Conclave, Spring Camporee, National Jamboree Contingent, Cub Scout Day Camp, National Youth Leadership Training, Independence Day Parade, Webelos Woods, Popcorn Sales, Scouting for Food, and Order of the Arrow Ordeal. Program expenses also included direct support of unit Scout programs through commissioner service, membership recruiting campaigns, adult leader training courses, monthly roundtables, and ongoing leader counseling -- and year-round support of youth member needs through council service center open five days a week for leader and parent support, marketing of Scouting programs, and sales of supplies.
