    Residential Services: VTC, Inc. is a 24-hour residential treatment facility for severely, emotionally disturbed and mentally ill minors. VTC has programs established in Shasta, San Joaquin, and Sonoma Counties. The Residential programs served 200 clients.

    Mental Health Services: Children and youth placed in our residential and non-public schools require extensive mental health services and support to assist them in alleviating their underlying behavioral and emotional problems which are preventing them from living and learning in less restrictive environments. VTC provides Specialty Mental Health Services to hundreds of children each year. VTC places great emphasis on the utilization of nationally recognized Evidence Based Practices in conjuction with identified Promising Practices. The Mental Health programs served 199 clients.

  • Program 3 [2018]

    School Services: We provide specialized, accredited, non-public schools that operate in conjunction with our residential and mental health services to address the educational needs of children who are unable to learn and function effectively in public school settings due to their serious emotional disturbances. These services are also provided to many students who live in the community yet require a highly intensive educational environment in which to learn. We are proud of the many children who successfully transition back to public education settings and who make dramatic academic progress in our schools. The School programs served 239 students.
