Southern Trinity Health Services is a non-profit organization, incorporated in 1977 to provide health care services to socially and economically depressed sectors of southern Trinity and southeastern Humboldt Counties in California. This year, the health center provided care to over 6,400 patients and had over 29,000 visits and provided access to health care to each regardless of ability to pay.
