    Our Community Service Committee and Civil Rights Committees provide opportunities for attorneys and law students to engage the community through pro bono, community service, and civil rights activities and/or educational opportunities, including monthly pro bono clinics in Oakland and San Francisco through a partnership with API Legal Outreach. In addition, AABA provides funds to the AABA Law Foundation for summer law clerk grants for law students in public interest internships.

  • Program 2 [2020]

    Our Social Committee hosts a holiday party at the end of each year to bring together our membership for an evening of food, drink, and socializing. A swearing-in ceremony is also conducted for those who recently passed the bar exam.
