The organization establishes on behalf of its regular members a sound and fair basis for relationship of employer and employee. The Association promotes cooperation between regular member employers for their just and mutual interests in the field of labor unions. The Association engages in other types of activities and programs of mutual and common interest and benefit to all members of this Association within legal limitations and as authorized by law for nonprofit corporations organized for purposes other than and not contemplating pecuniary profit and gain.
