    PCH provides equipment, training, data & operations support to organizations & indivdual researchers seeking to improve the quality,robustness & accessibility of the internet. Current & on-going PCH projects include the construction of internet exchange points through out the developing world; support for globally distributing domain names systems' resources; implementation of network research data collection initiatives in more than three dozen countries & the development & presentation of educational materials to foster a better understanding of internet architectural principles & their policy implementation among policy makers.PCH along with Cleanerdns (dba Quad9), IBM and Cyber Security Alliance have worked to bring free, cybersecurity benefits to a worldwide consumer base. Any internet user may utilize protection tools against. malware, phishing & other cyber-risks at no cost.
