For this grant period HTC increased access to services through partnerships and care coordination with its behavioral health staff Designated Community Organization and numerous other community agencies including public-school systems in Metro St. Louis. it is no gainsaying that COVID Harmed Kids' Mental Health and Schools Are Feeling it! This partnership and the efforts greatly enabled us to assist the schools address the overwhelming need of children and adolescents who need Mental and Behavioral Health Services. The schools have been expressing their gratitude for the quality services HTC provides and that these services have enhanced student behaviors as well increased their academic performance. Years 1 and 2 Data were obtained from SPARS HTC's EHR Electronic Health Records Credible Behavioral Health Electronic Health Records and Excel spreadsheet record of consumer sign-in sheets. The organization is on schedule to meet its goals of servicing a record number of individuals. Hi-Tech Charities staff the community and partnerships are working hard to assist those with Medication Assistant Treatment. We continue to assist the homeless our veterans both in the city and rural communities. Our addiction specialists peer support team and counselors continue community outreach services. We have NARCAN box on the sidewalk as well as flyers and crisis information regarding Substance Use Disorder and Recovery Support Services.
