During the current California stay at home order to stop the spread of the COVID-19 virus, people organized and cleaned out their closets, coming across gently-used baby clothes that they no longer needed. Loved Twice received over 100 emails and phone calls a week from people ready to donate baby clothes to newborns-in-need. We gladly accepted!Since the majority of our 28 permanent drop-off locations were closed, we accepted donations at 15 private drop off locations where volunteers offered to collect clothing (while maintaining social distancing) on their front porches. We also established two locations where people could access an indoor space with a temporary access code.
