WOMEN 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER (OR EMANCIPATED MINORS) ARE PROVIDED WITH A SAFE, CLEAN AND SOBER ENVIRONMENT TO HELP THEM REACH THE GOAL OF BECOMING ALCOHOL AND DRUG-FREE.
